Ebi-imo: Also known as Kyo-imo, the colder it gets, the sweeter and more fluffy the texture becomes.
Horikawa burdock : Also known as Juraku burdock, it is grown in a special way and is thicker than normal burdock.
Kyo-ginseng: Although the meat is soft, it does not easily fall apart when cooked, and the carrot smell is less than that of ordinary carrots.
