Hello!

Hello!
This is KINZA Japanese Restaurant.
This week, I would like to introduce the recommended dishes for dinner from this month✨
We would like to introduce XNUMX dishes that use carefully selected seasonal ingredients, "returned bonito".
There are two seasons for bonito in a year. The one that is caught around spring is called hatsu-bonito, and the one that is caught at this time is called return bonito. It has a lot of fat on it!
First of all, the first one is [Smashing the return bonito].
Returned bonito eats well and travels north to spend time in the sea where the water temperature is low.It is characterized by its springy texture and rich flavor✨ It is a dish that we can proudly recommend!

The second one is [returned bonito rare cutlet].
The skin is grilled over an open flame, so the fragrant aroma invites your appetite.
The inside is rare and you can enjoy the texture!

Both of them go great with alcohol, so I hope you can enjoy the seasonal taste of "first bonito" at our store while drinking together 😳

We are looking forward to seeing all of you at our store 🫣
