Japanese Restaurant KINZA is in charge of public relations!
These days, I feel the end of the year while remembering the year that passed so quickly...
Are you feeling unwell?
This time, we would like to introduce the sake collection ⑧ “Hanayoyoku Unfiltered Nama Genshu”.
The manufacturer is Nanyo Brewery in Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture.
A small sake brewery founded in 1860.Hanayo-yoku was born by a young brewer and his older sister and her husband, who never compromised, spared no effort, and pursued cutting-edge technology while preserving traditional methods.
The name of the sake comes from the idea of "let's take a lot of sunlight and let the large flowers bloom", and it is a beautiful sake that shows an exquisite harmony between the gorgeous ginjo aroma and the sweetness and sourness.
7 minutes walk from Mitsukoshimae station A3 exit. You can enjoy a wide variety of Japanese sake and Japanese food in a calm space for adults.Don't miss the digital picture scroll "Kidaishoran", which depicts the cityscape of the Kinza area in the Edo period.
We are looking forward to seeing you all.
