The name of the sake comes from the English word ``cloudy'' for its cloudy texture, ``cloud'' for its cloud-like white color, and ``kira udo,'' which is a bold take on Sanuki's traditional dish ``bone-in chicken.''
This sake is full of the ``power of koji'' using three times the amount of normal koji and the ``citric acid power'' produced by white koji.
