[Hiroki Junmai Ginjo Aizan] ・Hiroki Sake Brewery in Fukushima Prefecture🍶
In the first place, [Aizan] is a cross between Yamada Nishiki and Omachi, who are the kings of sake rice, and Yamao 67 and Aifune 117.
Like the previous Sharaku, Hiroki is a well-known brand that is very popular nationwide.
