Introducing "Salt-grilled Spanish Mackerel with Salted Koji, Bamboo shoot Tempura, and Eighty-eight Sea Bream Sashimi Gozen" ❣️
The mackerel was marinated in salt koji overnight to increase the flavor, then grilled.
Spring vegetables such as bamboo shoots, fava beans, and snap peas are made into tempura and served simply with salt.
We also added 88 sea bream sashimi,
